As a former officer in the IDF I have decided to leave Israel a month ago in pursuit of self care and healing. Getting to Amsterdam I have noticed many Ukrainian flags which boosted me to explore more about other past and modern conflicts in order to make peace with myself.
Here I am learning about the history of Russia – one of the largest geo-politics players – understanding how in many ways the Israeli-Palastinian conflict erapts from needs and desires that might be similar to the Russia-Ukraine war. The face of disappointment at reality hits – no eye-seen solution is on its way.
