This is a portrait of my father. His name is Igor. My dad came to Amsterdam to work for Greenpeace two years ago and stayed here to live. Next to it hangs a portrait of my mother. Together they are the new residents of North Holland. Since there are quite a lot of immigrants living in the Netherlands now, and my parents are one of them, they can be called the Face of Today’s North Holland
